1. Hello and welcome back to another week of Psychotic Informer! First up for today, more news about the Final Fantasy Rhythm I mentioned last week! Called Theatrhythm: Final Fantasy, the game won’t have a brand new story. It will have multiple ‘episodes’ built in; one for each numbered Final Fantasy game. You will then be able to choose characters for each game and play through three different stages called Battle, Field and Event. All of these stages will have music involved to get around the world or battle. The battle system looks similar to Dance Dance Revolution. While I’m not the biggest Final Fantasy fan, I really like this concept and I’m fairly interested in this game.. What do you think about this idea? Post your opinion in the comments. 2. Also related to last week’s stories, in a matter of four hours 20,000 people earned the Stream Crossed achievement. By the end of the time period over 60,000 people had gotten the achievement. The DLC pack ‘Dead Air’ will now be released sooner than expected! That shows what can be accomplished with a little bit of teamwork and a chainsaw or two! 3. Here’s a cool idea: Having a Free-To-Play MMO that actually isn’t free to play, but it technically is. In a new game called Dust 514, it will cost $20 dollars to buy but you are given $20 in the online store as well. So it’s technically free, but you need to buy $20 of gear in the micro-transaction shop to actually play it. In my opinion, this a decent idea, as it engages you into the game more than most free-to-play games, as to actually play the game you have to buy gear from the shop instead of just being able to keep playing a free-to-play game free without any good micro-transaction gear.
